As part of the Data & Analytics (D&A) team at CU Boulder, I coordinate work amongst different groups for continuity and effectiveness. This effort includes administering our Atlassian Suite of products for D&A - managing permissions, user access, configurations, and automations for Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Jira Software.

Managed a team within CU Boulder's OIT to coordinate, develop, and deploy a customized mobile application where students, faculty, and staff report Wi-Fi experience on campus, while the scripts effortlessly gather technical details from the device.

OIT Financial Analyst and Service Manager

Monthly budget reporting, journal entry recording, and rate setting for auxiliary OIT departments. Managed mobile application deployment service for faculty and staff, and also employee time record service in support of department-wide cost analysis.
